Hi, I'm Andy!

My Story

My names Andrew Kennedy and I began my Real Estate career in 2016 in Brantford Ontario

Previous to my jump to the industry I was an honours student of advanced police studies, and worked in the landscape construction industry. Once I met my wife Natalia we decided to travel to Europe and Australia for a 9 month adventure. This taught us so much about our selves and the lifestyle we wanted to share together. In Australia we participated in a program called WWOOF (Worldwide Opportunities on Organic Farms) and this really began our desire and drive to live a simple and sustainable life together.

When we moved back to Ontario we got our dog Hazel and began settling back into reality. Thanks to my good friend and mentor Jake Eivers, I picked up my pen and began studying at OREA college and received my Real Estate license. Since that day I haven't looked back and continue to learn, grow and advance my career.

In 2018 we got married in my hometown of Southampton Ontario and never left. We sold our home in Brantford, bought a fixer upper, my wife began teaching at Northport Elementary School and I moved offices to Century 21 In-Studio Realty with broker of Record Mike Seiler. I love this part of my life because I can relate to clients and their excitement of moving to this area. It's a great place to call home and I'm happy to be here.

These days if i'm not out working with great clients you can usually find me out on lake huron Kiteboarding, golfing at Saugeen golf club, playing gigs or out on the town hitting up some of the best local spots. My favourites are the Wismer house Patio in the summer months, The Offshore bakery for the best treats this side of Lake huron, Chesters bar and grill for open mic night on Tuesdays and of course Caseros for the best burritos and margaritas around.

Growing Up Southampton

It's hard to imagine a better place to grow up other than Southampton Ontario. Spending countless hours on the beach, biking everywhere and always running into people you know. The town has certainly changed and grown a lot since then but still has a lot of the same small town charm.
